Many organisations seek ways to share their values (internal branding) with colleagues. Who are we as a company? What do we stand for? Your own people create your values and when presented in an authentic way form a basis for inspiration. For years we have tried to tell all these values in overarching stories, often with lengths of 6-10 minutes “corporate” is what we call them. Now, the viewer asks for more personalty and more speed. This is always 1 minute. Sharp. This way everybody knows what’s coming and it will never take to much of your time. The beauty is, that if the story of your organisation is authentic, you can also use these internal campaigns as a branding externally.
